What are your pieces made of?
Every Ezjamluxe piece is made from gold-plated stainless steel or sterling silver. Each product page lists the material for that item.
Is your jewelry waterproof?
Yes. Our pieces are designed to be worn every day, including in the shower, at the gym and at the beach.
Will it tarnish or turn my skin green?
Stainless steel and sterling silver are durable and resist tarnishing with normal wear. Our jewelry won’t turn your skin green.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes. Our jewelry is hypoallergenic and made for sensitive skin.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Wipe pieces with a soft, dry cloth to keep them shiny, and store each one separately so they don’t scratch. Avoid harsh chemicals like bleach and chlorine cleaners. Sterling silver can be polished with a silver cloth if it starts to dull.
How do I find my ring size?
Check each ring’s product page for available sizes. To find your size, measure a ring that already fits you, or wrap a strip of paper around your finger and measure the length. We can’t resize rings after purchase, so please double-check before ordering.
How much is shipping?
Shipping within the U.S. is a flat $3.95.
How long until my order ships?
Orders ship within 3-5 business days. Delivery usually takes 7-15 days after that. You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time.
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final, and we don’t accept returns or exchanges. If there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Use the Contact page and include clear photos. We review every case individually and will work with you on a solution.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Contact us right away through the Contact page with photos of the item and the packaging. Please keep all the original packaging until the issue is resolved.
